Terms of Use — Don’t Panic! Offline AI Guide

1. Status of the app

Don’t Panic! is an informational field guide and a tool for analysing a situation yourself. It is not an emergency service, medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for a doctor, rescuer, lawyer, or other qualified professional.

2. Safety and emergencies

If life, health, or safety may be at risk, contact local emergency services first and follow qualified professionals. Do not delay a call for help to use the app. Conditions on site always take priority over a general instruction.

3. Information and AI limitations

Materials may contain errors, be incomplete, or not fit the specific conditions. On-device AI can produce inaccurate output. Check recommendations against the real environment, official instructions, and sound judgement before acting.

4. Your decisions

You decide whether an action is suitable and remain responsible for that decision. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided as is, without a promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Premium purchases

Premium may be offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription and as a non-consumable lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the current price, currency, and subscription period before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled in Apple ID settings. Purchases are restored through the App Store.

«Без Паники!» — информационный справочник и инструмент для самостоятельного анализа ситуации. Приложение не является экстренной службой, медицинским изделием, средством диагностики или заменой квалифицированного специалиста.

2. Безопасность

Если возможна угроза жизни, здоровью или безопасности, сначала обратитесь в местные экстренные службы. Не откладывайте вызов помощи ради использования приложения. Реальная обстановка важнее общей инструкции.

3. Ограничения информации и ИИ

Материалы могут содержать ошибки, быть неполными или не подходить для конкретных условий. Локальный ИИ может дать неточный ответ. Сверяйте рекомендации с реальной обстановкой и официальными указаниями.

4. Ваши решения

Вы самостоятельно решаете, допустимо ли действие, и отвечаете за это решение. В максимальной степени, разрешённой законом, приложение предоставляется «как есть».

5. Покупки Premium

Premium может предлагаться как месячная или годовая автовозобновляемая подписка и как бессрочная покупка. App Store показывает актуальные цену, валюту и период до оплаты.
