1. The short version
Don’t Panic! does not create an account, use advertising trackers, or automatically send your chats, situations, inventory, notes, or activity history to the developer. This information is stored locally on your device.
2. Data stored on your device
The app can store conversations, plans, saved points, notes, inventory, settings, and technical history on the iPhone. The on-device AI processes prompts locally. The developer does not operate a server that automatically receives this content.
3. Location and device permissions
With your permission, location can be used to show coordinates, determine the likely country for emergency numbers, and support map or compass tools. Camera hardware may be used to control the flashlight. Permissions are controlled in iOS Settings. The developer does not receive your precise location or camera content.
4. Voice input
Voice input starts only after your action and the iOS microphone and speech-recognition permissions. When on-device recognition is supported for the device and language, processing stays on the device. Otherwise Apple Speech Recognition may send audio to Apple for processing. The app developer does not receive the audio.
5. Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, restores, and official offer codes. The developer does not receive your payment-card number. Apple’s privacy policy and terms apply to Apple’s processing.
6. User-initiated sharing
A diagnostic report can include a conversation, conditions, risks, inventory, plan, raw model output, and technical events. The app does not send it automatically: you choose the destination in the iOS share sheet. Review the file and recipient before sending it. A report intentionally sent to support is used to investigate the issue and deleted after the case is complete unless law requires longer retention.
7. Deleting data
Delete local app data with Reset Data in the app settings or by deleting the app. To request deletion of a report you intentionally sent to support, email alex-lavrik@outlook.com.

1. Кратко
«Без Паники!» не создаёт учётную запись, не использует рекламные трекеры и не отправляет разработчику автоматически ваши чаты, ситуации, инвентарь, заметки или историю действий. Эти данные хранятся локально на устройстве.
2. Данные на устройстве
Приложение может хранить на iPhone диалоги, планы, сохранённые точки, заметки, инвентарь, настройки и техническую историю. Локальный ИИ обрабатывает запросы на устройстве. У разработчика нет сервера, на который эти данные отправляются автоматически.
3. Геопозиция и разрешения
С вашего разрешения геопозиция используется для координат, определения вероятной страны для экстренных номеров, карты и компаса. Камера может использоваться для управления фонарём. Разработчик не получает вашу точную геопозицию или содержимое камеры.
4. Голосовой ввод
Голосовой ввод запускается только по вашему действию и после разрешений iOS. Если локальное распознавание недоступно, Apple Speech Recognition может отправить аудио Apple для обработки. Разработчик приложения не получает аудио.
5. Покупки
Покупки, подписки, восстановление и официальные коды предложений обрабатывает Apple. Разработчик не получает номер банковской карты.
6. Отправка по вашему действию
Диагностический отчёт может содержать диалог, условия, риски, инвентарь, план, сырой ответ модели и технические события. Приложение не отправляет его само: получателя выбираете вы в системном меню iOS.
7. Удаление данных и контакт
